“iF product design award 2012” for MCX SMARTRONIC^®

The iF awards are awarded every single year by an international and independent jury which had to evaluate all submitted entries after defined criteria. This year 44 design experts from all over the world had to decide about 4.322 entries by 1.605 participants out of 48 different countries. The mini instantaneous water heater MCX SMARTRONIC^® convinced the jury and received the IF product design award 2012. Once again it shows that CLAGE worked trustfully and successfully in a long-standing cooperation with the design office »DesignPlanet« whitch is the inventor of the innovative design. Meanwhile CLAGE changed the design of 3 different water heaters series into the attractive asymmetrical V-styling on the front. A joint awards ceremony for all iF design awards - the iF design awards night - will take place on 10 February 2012 in Munich. All award-winning entries from one year will be presented at iF design exhibition Hannover. The year 2012 will see the first iF design exhibition Hamburg: The exhibition will last for several months. With the new Hamburg Harbor City, the design capital of Hamburg offers a superb new location: a hub for everything new, young and trends-focused. Harbor City is a magnet for the media and design industries and for everyone interested in design and architecture.
